Early Childhood Educators: Full Time, Part Time And Casual

Robyn Jane Children's Centre has some exciting opportunities for passionate educators at our 70 place not for profit early learning centre in Healesville.
Our beautiful service is a short scenic 20 minute drive from Lilydale.

We have a wonderful purpose built centre, natural outdoor space, as well as homely classrooms with access to an abundance of resources for our educators and children. We offer indoor/outdoor play along with a bush kinder/nature play program for all children at the centre.

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or Working towards your qualification. We can support you to complete your studies
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current First Aid qualifications
• Current Child Protection Training 
• Working Knowledge of NQF and legislative requirements

  To succeed in this position, you will need to:

• Have a genuine interest and passion for working with children and families.
• Have knowledge and experience of programming and planning for children aged 0‐5 years (EYLF knowledge preferred)
• Be able to observe and record children's learning and development.
• Have a high‐level of English - verbal and written communication skills.
• Initiative and ability to work in a positive team environment
• Have knowledge and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 ad well as the Child Safe Standards
• Be fit and proper to perform all physical duties and responsibilities of a Qualified Educator.
• Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management, Working with Children Check
