The Role
- Full Time Monday to Friday or Part Time Monday & Tuesday
- Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
- Mentor and collaborate with the team, ensuring a safe and healthy environment is created for the children.
- Ensure the health and safety of children
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with the parents and families, dealing with any queries or issues they have.
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- NESA Accreditation
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children's interest and development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia & Valid WWCC
This service opens their doors between 8am 6pm, Monday through Friday. It is a spacious centre with a large outdoor area, filled with plants and activities for the children. This space is also shaded making it safer for the children when it is sunny outside! They have an amazing team who truly value supporting the children and creating a positive learning environment .
