Our Centre
anzuk is currently working with a highly regarded, well-resourced early learning centre located in the Burwood area. This family owned service has a supportive committee and fantastic management team, with low staff turnover. The service is a home away from home feel. They are focused on providing an excellent and engaging program for children, to drive their interest and curiosity about the world around them.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to work autonomously within an established and supportive service. As the ECT, you will be responsible for the running of the 4 Year Old room and the care of 13 children in the room. You will be supported by educators and management and parent committee to provide the best program possible for the children. This is further reflected by the generous planning time provided by the service.

To apply for this role, you will have ideally be experienced working within the early childhood sector as an educator or a room leader! We are happy to take on newly graduated ECT's as we understand everyone needs to start somewhere !! We are looking for passionate, engaging and positive early childhood teacher who is ready to take the next stride in their career. You must have a Bachelor Degree in Early Years Education or ACECQA approved equivalent as well as a VIT registration
The ideal candidate will:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent
VIT registration
Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
In depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Focus on building lasting relationships with families and the community
