Required:
- Bachelor of Education Degree Early Childhood Teacher (ECT).
- Professional approach to the work environment
- High Leadership skills and knowledge
- NSW Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid qualification
- CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current Child Protection certification
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
- Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
- Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision where required as well as part of a team.
- Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
- An understanding of EYLF Version 2 2022.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships across the Centre in all areas.
- Have experience in developing authentic relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- A strong ability to ensure quality procedures, programs, curriculum and activities that align with quality Early Childhood Education and Care
- Be confident in your knowledge in implementing the National Quality
Standards, Early Year Learning Framework and Quality Improvement Plan.
- Manage the day-to-day operations as the Nominated Supervisor.
- Have adaptable leadership qualities to mentor, guide and support a team in delivering engaging learning experiences to 0- to 5-year-old.
About our Early Learning Centre
We are committed to continuous improvement through effective Team work, administrative systems, reflective AND best practice, policy and procedures.
- Engaging indoor and outdoor spaces
- Operating hours 7.30 am – 5:30 pm.
- Our program caters to 0 – 24 months | 2 - 3 years | 3 - 5 years across three rooms.
- Approved for 69 places, we are at capacity on most days with a waiting list.

Child Safety
We are looking for an individual that understands, adheres, and promotes The
National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
In your position, you will create a culture, adopt strategies, and take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
