The successful Associate will work across a number of Capital Market matters and will have a strong focus on the Equity Capital Markets space.
The team are very collaborative and offer a broad scope of Capital Markets knowledge including public Capital Market and M&A transactions, secondary raisings, ECM and IPO's.

The successful candidate is likely to have:
· Admission as a Lawyer in Australia or New Zealand OR overseas qualified open to an AU move.
· 4 + PAE
· Excellent academics
· Experience in Capital Markets within a leading practice.
