Want to work for one of the fastest-growing, most innovative manufacturer-exporters in audio technology in the world today? RØDE Microphones is looking for passionate, talented and dedicated eCommerce and Distribution Planner to join our rapidly-growing team.

The ECommerce and Distribution Planner will support the warehouse and sales teams to ensure eCommerce orders and US distribution is completed on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with sales to determine a US distribution forecast
  • Review and confirm all US order requests
  • Communicate with our partners on all future orders, and confirmation to ship replenishment stock
  • Preparation of shipping documents
  • Determine forecasts for US and eCommerce requirements to improve stock availability
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to send eCommerce orders out on time

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

  • Experience in a warehouse distribution environment
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Experience working with external customers, distributers and 3PL
  • Understand how eCommerce and its feeding channels work
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
