Looking for a Passionate Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma
About Us
Turner Road Preschool is looking to welcome a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team. We are a beautiful 22 place service which is highly inspired by the wonderful philosophy of the Reggio Emilia approach. We are located in the Berowra area and are open from 8am-4pm, 48 weeks per year. We believe in providing a safe and secure environment for children to flourish, where families are valued and included in all aspects of our educational programs. We believe in promoting learning through nature, children’s innate abilities and interests, and beautiful, stimulating early childhood environments.
We provide permanent interest areas such as our incredible atelier, bountiful construction areas and detailed dramatic play areas. We are a well resourced service who believes in promoting important concepts such as autonomy, risky play, sustainability and inspiring in children a life long love of learning.
As a team we work together with our families and community to ensure children’s best outcomes are met, building on interests and theories that emerge from the children, families and community. And in turn, promoting for children the reciprocal nature of society.
