About the Position
The Education Advisor supports the Communication, Engagement and Education team deliver the Fair Work Commission’s (the Commission’s) external education and information products and services, including the Commission’s Online Learning Portal.
Under limited direction, the Education Advisor may collaborate with subject matter experts across the Commission to assist in the delivery of high-quality information and education products to our external users.
The Education Advisor will assist in ensuring that our education and information products are accurate, accessible, and in plain language, and are targeted to meet the needs of specific user groups, across a broad range of formats and channels.
Duties
- Assist in the development of new learning resources, including new online learning modules, animations, and educational resources and information materials, with a focus on digital products and service.
- Provide recommendations and advice on the effectiveness and impact of current and propose education initiatives.
- Foster and sustain productive and collaborative relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the operation of the Online Learning Portal.
- Participate in team planning, reporting and performance management activities to assist the achievement of team goals.
- Perform other duties as directed.
