24 month appointment pool

About the role
This position provides effective and efficient administrative support with a focus on providing excellent customer service to internal staff and external clients in the implementation of VET deliver to Secondary Students (VETdSS). This role contributes to the effectiveness of VETdSS across the college by responding to general enquiries, directing specific enquiries to relevant staff within the college, reporting VETdSS student absences, assisting with VETdSS enrolments, ensuring all correspondence and records are saved and filed appropriately and VETdSS planning systems/information (databases) are up to date and accurate.
To be suitable for the pool you will ideally have experience in a customer-centric environment and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and staff at all levels and must behave and formulate decisions in line with the Public Sector Code of Ethics, SMTAFE Code of Conduct and SMTAFE Values.
