Our client, a well-regarded indecent school in Keysborough, is urgently seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Early Childhood professional for an Educational Leader role.
The service is almost brand new and purpose-built. It features large spacious rooms with lots of natural light, state-of-the-art modern facilities and excellent resources, beautiful staff facilities, and planning rooms. The service forms part of a larger infrastructure - a K-12 private school.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on developing strong relationships with Educators, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about developing a creative learning environment for our children. Successful applicants must:
- Have completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or an Early Childhood Teaching degree
- First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- Working with Children's Check.
- Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Learning Frameworks (VEYLDF, EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Be approachable and well respected
