Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre Bexley is pleased to announce that we are expanding our team and will be recruiting a full-time Certificate III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood educator.
A tight-knit family, the perfect candidate must meet the following requirements:
You must be kind-hearted and have a loving smile that makes every child feel special.
You must be able to give warm hugs.
You must be able to laugh at jokes, even when you don't understand them (or find them very funny).
Holding a tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential.
You must be able to read stories, even when the book is upside down. Funny voices are always welcome.
You must be able to tell everyone in the room where you are going, even if it's to use the bathroom.
You must be passionate about the early years and supporting children to be the best version of themselves.
You must not be afraid of a little mess; we absolutely love messy play.
You must love answering questions, there are going to be plenty all day long.
You must be prepared to have lots of fun. Laughter is something you can expect on a daily basis, and in copious amounts.
Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families. There is simply no other job quite like this one.
