About our Team
Ministerial, Parliamentary and Cabinet enables and facilitates Defence to provide best practice advice and services to the Australian Parliament, Ministers and the Defence Senior Executive. The Branch provides support, advice and information to ensure high standards of compliance with Ministerial, Cabinet and Parliamentary practices.

Directors work with independence and are accountable to perform and achieve complex procedural, operational and administrative work within an integrated workforce, supporting the Senior Executive and Ministers. They will require knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policies requirements.
We are seeking experienced leaders and strategic thinkers with an interest in Defence issues. Directors are required to work independently to lead a strategic agenda, proactively identify issues and delivery in a fast passed environment.
