An exciting opportunity for an Electrical BIM Modeller (Revit) to join our Buildings Services team in Sydney. Reporting to the MEP BIM Manager you will be a motivated BIM modeller with prior experience working on Electrical projects within Australia. AECOM is a great place to work and grow. Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate will have proven experience, working on the digital delivery of building projects including documentation and data deliverables. You will be keen to grow within a large multi-disciplinary practice working on projects across various sectors. Your proficiency in using Revit, BIM360, and other digital tools to deliver detailed design documentation coupled with your experience in working successfully across multidisciplinary teams across a variety of building projects will be highly regarded.
As the ideal candidate you will have some of the following attributes:
- Extensive' experience with BIM software in a building engineering environment
- Experience in delivering Electrical BIM Projects in Australia
- Previous Project BIM Clash Detection and Coordination / Project Information Management experience
- Experience working in a global organisation, working on projects across multiple offices
- Must be detail-oriented, consistent, and highly accurate in the work
- Should have a thorough grasp of engineering modeling and principles.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
- Must have good communications skills: interpersonal, listening, oral, and written
- Ability to set priorities in an efficient and timely manner to meet essential job functions.
- Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly proficient in the following software.
- Microsoft 365 (i.e., Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Proficiency in the following desirable.
- Related engineering analysis software
- MEP parametric content creation
