The successful candidate will contribute to the design of switchboards and mechanical electrical control systems for the commercial site installation team and external clients.

Responsibilities
Responsible for office-based drafting as well as factory and site commissioning and witness testing
Carrying out assigned Electrical Engineering activities within the team
Detailed Design and Documentation of Electrical Services
Managing assigned work to meet project needs and proactively working with other team members to ensure that project goals are met
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, consistency of work quality, and that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and standards, procedures, and the basis of design
Working knowledge of Australian electrical engineering design standards, codes and practices, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proactively research and stay abreast of new and emerging technologies
Skills required
Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
Switchboard, electrical, and control systems drafting experience
Knowledge of relevant Australian standards: AS3000, AS61439, etc.
Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering and/or Electrical Trade background
