Nobles is currently seeking applications from highly capable and experienced Electrical Maintenance / Overhead Crane Service Supervisor with relevant experience for a FiFo position to Roxby Downs, South Australia.
POSITION DETAILS
- Supervisory Role with a Tier 1 contractor
- Permanent Position
- 8/6 Roster FiFo from any capital city ( other rosters available by negotiation)
- Flights & Accommodation provided including private room left locked during off swing.
- Stable employment with a long-standing SA company

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Demonstrated Electrical & Mechanical maintenance experience in industrial and mining industries
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Be a team player & proactive in future work planning
- Ability to complete necessary paperwork & keep up to date (daily diary)
- SA Electrical Licence (or willing to get mutual recognition for equivalent interstate Electrical Licence)
- Current CPR/LVR
- Drivers Licence
- Work at Heights
- Candidate needs to be able to read & understand schematics
- A strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum of 2 years previous supervision experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
- Relevant Qualifications in Leadership (Highly desirable)
- A team leader who can oversee electrical workers and Apprentices & other trades to ensure they meet quality, compliance and efficiency targets
- Able to motivate staff to perform, taking responsibility for project deadlines
- Willingness to lead by example in the field
- Yellow Card - EWP
- High Risk Licence – EWP (must be willing to obtain)
