The Role
As a result of our continued growth and market expansion we have a number of supervisory opportunities across our organisation.
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing your team, while acting as a point of reference for managers and for workers.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Assigning general and daily duties to workers on the site, ensuring that quality standards and safety precautions are followed and met.
- Training and coordinating staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources they need to fulfill their job requirements.
- Planning and reviewing the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis.
- Supervising and managing the use and maintenance of tools, materials and equipment.
- Coordinating the use of OHS policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses.
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork.
- WA ‘A’ Grade electrical License
- Experience working with power generation equipment, including BESS.
- High voltage desirable, including HV switchboards.
- Technically minded with an emphasis on fault finding and diagnostics.
- Exposure to PV inverters an advantage.
- Leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Confidence dealing with stakeholders.
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- This is a hands-on roll.
