About our Emergency Services at Monash Health

Monash Health Emergency Departments treat over 150,000 emergency patients a year at Monash Medical Centre Clayton campus, Dandenong Hospital and Casey Hospital. Patients have access to a full range of treatment options, including intensive care.

About The Role and You

Your desire to help others, especially in urgent situations will be well met by this job. You will be the first contact for many visitors to our emergency area. Your shifts will pass quickly in this busy environment as you respond to the varying needs of patients and visitors. Your clerical and keyboard experience will also be a good head start.

We offer comprehensive training that fully prepares you for the role. You will be sure to benefit from and be stimulated by the learning you will experience. Your understanding of medical terminology or experience in working with iPM and EMR would be an advantage but your enjoyment of a fast pace, expertise in keyboard skills, ability to multi task and first class communication skills are the attributes you will most need for this position.
