About the Role
You will have expert knowledge of emergency management preparedness within a complex and large health environment and apply this knowledge to ensure continuity of Business through an emergency response. You will have strong and compassionate leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage staff to support them to achieve Darling Downs Health's Vision. You have high level skills in consultation and negotiation, influentially building rapport with integrity and establishing strong and mutually beneficial connections. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can apply best practice and innovation, to support business improvement.
