About the Role
The role of Virtual Employment Coach will allow the right candidates the flexibility to work from home on a full time, ongoing basis and will be responsible for assisting sites with the following:
- Managing a remote caseload of customers,
- Conducting virtual appointments with customers;
- Increasing job readiness of customers and referring to external services
- Assessing customer job search efforts; and
- Matching customers to suitable vacancies and reverse marketing customers to employers in their local area
These roles are being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and will be able to work from home, and will have an option to work from a local site if requested. The right candidates will also be available to work a roster that is across the span of hours 8:30am-8:00pm, Monday to Friday, as they will be predominantly supporting business operations in Western Australia.

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- A passion and drive for helping people find employment;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of customers, employers and staff;
- Ability to assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities and to advocate directly to employers;
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs;
- A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM;
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, data entry and typing skills, Word, Excel and Outlook experience;
- Attention to detail ability to work under pressure and flexible to jump across different tasks as business priorities change; and
- You will also be required to:
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or willingness to undertake; and
- Have experience in Employment Services industry, Workforce Australia experience is desirable.

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
