As an Employment in our Disability Employment Services team, you will be working with disadvantaged job seekers to assist them in finding and maintaining secure employment. You will be identifying employment opportunities with employers, build and maintain those relationships and provide ongoing support for both your customers and employers.

The role:
Provide customer-centric one-on-one support/case management to job seekers
Build rapport to understand their interests, skills and experience
Identifying and assess barriers towards employment and health management
Identify additional support requirements they might need, and liaise with the relevant stakeholders to make them available
Assist with resume, job applications and interview preparation
Source employment opportunities with potential employers, build and maintain those relationships
Network, develop and build relationships with potential employers
Ongoing post-placement support ensuring job seeker maintains employment
You will provide an outstanding level of customer service; motivating, encouraging and supporting our customers through their journey
Skills/Requirements:
Customer service experience in recruitment/sales or service delivery roles including stakeholder engagement/management
Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Solutions focused, ability to multitask with good attention to detail
Positive, flexible and resilient attitude
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have the right to work in Australia
Be fully vaccinated against COVID19
Satisfy requirements of National Police Check
Hold a current Drivers Licence & Working with Children Check
