The Role
We are currently seeking a Employment Pathways Coordinator to join our growing ROVE team! This rare and exciting opportunity allows an experienced Employment Services professional to transition into the recruitment space while continuing to positively impact lives. As part of a team genuinely passionate about setting the gold standard in Employment Services Engagement for a labor hire company, you will have real and exciting opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Employment Service Providers, collaborating with Workforce Australia, TTW, DES, and local state-based programs.
- Work closely with Zoom Account Managers to identify suitable job opportunities for participants and clients of ESPs.
- Effectively market Zoom jobs to ESPs.
- Provide regular feedback and support to ESPs to ensure positive outcomes.
- Work with Zoom clients to assist in achieving diversity targets.
- Identify areas of improvement to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process for the candidates you source.
- Provide weekly reporting and forecasting.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, the following traits will be highly regarded:
- Employment services experience is highly regarded.
- In depth knowledge of wage subsidies
- Business development experience.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
- High levels of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Experience in managing databases.
- Proficient in using multiple web-based systems.
- Ability to work as part of a cooperative team and willingness to help others.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
