Form of work We are seeking passionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses in a full time or part timecapacity at our Jeparit site!Our nursing services play an integral role in the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve. * To provide appropriate care to the patients and residents at all times and to achieve the standard of clinical care required by AHPRA regulations and comply with the West Wimmera Health Service policies and procedures of the clinical unit.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:Essential:
* Effective communication and organisational skills
* Medication Endorsed qualification in Enrolled Nursing.
* Enrolled Nurse Qualification with a current APHRA registration.
* Excellent understanding of National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
* Excellent understanding of iCare, ACFI and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Desirable:
* Previous experience working in an Enrolled Nurse position or field.
* The desire to obtain further qualifications - e.g. Registered Nurse.
Pre-requisites:
* NDIS Worker screening clearance
* Working with children check
* Vaccinated for COVID-19
* Influenza vaccination
* Australian Driver's License
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To participate in providing a high standard of service for the patients and residents within West Wimmera Health Service.
* To adhere to the policies and protocols of West Wimmera Health Service.
* To strengthen relationships with customers to enhance the image of the Service.
