What we look forAs a collaborative and valued member of our clinical team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have:
- Conduct comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessments
- Complete appropriate documentation
- Support residents with care requirements inline with scope of practice
- Provide essential support to the home
- Understanding of AN-ACC -Aged Care funding model
- A passion for caring for others
- Hold a valid qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Must have reliable transport
To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply a NDIS worker screening clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
