Position Overview:
As an Endoscopy Booking and Scheduling Officer, you will play a crucial role in our practice's operations Working within the booking team at our Loganholme facility, you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments for endoscopy procedures, medical consults and nurse consults. Patient triage and health assessments will also be part of your duties to ensure safe and accurate bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and managing appointment bookings
Scheduling Endoscopy procedures, Medical Consults and Nurse Consults - Conducive patient triage and health assessment under supervision of the clinical triage team
- Ensuring accurate and safe bookings
- Collaborating with the administration and clinical team to provide seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
