You must have a burning desire to succeed, be extremely client oriented, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a dynamic closer. You develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients, and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You believe you can be the greatest at almost everything you do, and have the numbers to show it. Don’t apply unless you fit this bill.

- Solar industry experience beneficial but not essential (you will have industries best training with us)
