Responsibilities
Are you a seasoned and experienced consultant with a passion for Australia’s long-term economic, social and environmental success? As a Senior Manager you will:
Lead and originate high-profile projects that have a positive impact on the environment, society and corporate governance.
Play an active role in decarbonising our economy while maintaining our quality of life by addressing challenges such as rising power prices, electrification, climate change, resource scarcity and energy security.
Work with experienced sector leaders and influencers in their field, providing an incredible opportunity to learn from those at the forefront of shaping our sustainable future
Build strong networks and relationships to develop pipelines of work across new and existing strategic accounts
Build and manage high performing teams, including coaching, mentoring and helping upskill our most important assets which is our people

Requirements
You’re a high achiever, committed to making a meaningful impact, and are looking for a team that inspires you to do your best work.
You have well honed consulting skills based on your extensive experience: You use your excellent communication, presentation, organisational and analytical skills to recommend solutions to complex problems, backing up findings and recommendations with technical and financial data. In addition, you use your stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, business development and people management skills to build commercially viable business opportunities and high performing teams that can deliver in the market.
You have 8 - 12 years experience and can demonstrate capability across one or more of the the following disciplines in the energy and utilities sector:
Energy Strategy - Generation, Gentailer, T&D, Retail, Future Energy
Market value analysis.
Industry specific digital enablement
Regulation
Renewable Energy Procurement - Strategy through to Execution including Commercial Enablement.
Utility operating model design and implementation
Decarbonisation strategy
Consulting experience is highly desirable.
