- Full Time, 12 Month Temporary Contract
- Senior Management & Specialist Remuneration Level 1 $103,515 – $121,421 per annum + Salary Packaging
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Location: Head Office, Preston VIC.
The Position
The Engagement Planner will take the lead for a range of Engagement team functions including capacity planning, business improvement, integrated reporting and team strategic planning. This role is further responsible for coordinating the seamless delivery and resource allocation of strategic Engagement projects and integrated Engagement Team briefs and ensuring that the Engagement function is able to deliver an ambitious, and fast-moving program of work in a coordinated and strategic way.In this role you will:
- Provide strategic advice, responses and recommendations to the Executive and internal partners on communications and community engagement strategies and to deliver outcomes aligned with organisational priorities.
- Work closely with Engagement teams, local service teams and a range of internal and external stakeholders to provide hands on support across identified projects.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic engagement briefs and plans to meet organisational objectives, ensuring that engagement plans are tailored and aligned with a national approach.
- Ensure new briefs for integrated Engagement work are taken, approved, tracked, delivered and evaluated, to ensure the team is bringing insight and learnings to future work in consultation with the Engagement team and Digital, Communications and Advocacy and Partnership Leads.
