In this position you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and optimization of the state departments Water and Wastewater Networks. As an Engineer in Operations & Maintenance Planning, you'll be at the forefront of reducing service risks, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Integrated Activity Planning Process to prevent work conflicts and minimize customer impacts.
- Implement the Intervention Planning Process to manage operations and service risks efficiently.
- Provide engineering technical services to prevent performance loss and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Continuously improve planning processes, systems, and technology to enhance overall performance.
- Solve technical problems and engineering issues across Operations & Maintenance Planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in operational engineering.
- Proven technical expertise in water and sewerage programs.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to effective operational and asset management outcomes.
- Familiarity with data science concepts is advantageous.
