We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1) Engineering Management System (EMS) Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project.
The EMS Manager will support the System Program Office Chief Engineer in developing and updating a fit for purpose Engineering Management System that spans all SPO capabilities into the next decade.

What will I be doing day to day?
- Assist and contribute to the development of the Engineering Management System.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of EMS templates and procedures, including the periodic review of the HF Sensing Enterprise Engineering Management Plan (EMP).
- Engage SPO stakeholders to ascertain:
- o Business Unit EMS
- o Requirements for procedures and templates, and
- o The provision of EMS services to the SPO Business Units.
- Provide guidance and training to the SPO personnel around the EMS artefacts.
- Provide assessment/advice/optimisation of EMS artefacts through consultation and application of CASG BMS.
- Develop EMS metrics that articulate system health indicators including the review and audit metrics of EMS artefacts
What sort of skills do I need?
- A current NV1 AGSVA security clearance
- Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Familiarity with a technical regulatory framework (e.g. DASR, TAMM)
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with requirements management and system modelling tools.
- Qualifications and experience necessary to hold Engineering Competency.
- Experience with Radar/and or space based surveillance systems.
- Experienced lead auditor.
