• Key Role in APAC Operations Team
Lead an established multidisciplinary Maintenance Team on the Botany site. Reduce the cost of manufacturing and improve uptime by developing a continuous improvement culture. Improve reliability, leverage the CMMS and use data to identify issues and then with your team resolve root causes.

They run large plants across Australasia, Europe and North America, providing the synergies and opportunities to develop and drive Operational Excellence. The Site and Engineering Managers of these operations liaise on a regular basis and form a cohesive (and competitive) team across the Australasian region.
Reporting to the Site Manager and as a key management team member, you will work collaboratively with Operations Personnel, Process Engineers, and Quality and Finance. You will be provided with significant managerial and peer support.
Your core job is to,
- Ensure maintenance & capital project work undertaken complies with ex SHE policies and procedures and meets the company’s “Zero Harm” requirement.
- Ensure that assigned maintenance & capital projects are completed in line with business objectives and in accordance with Engineering Standards.
- Assist in formulating and administering capital expenditure planning and implementation at the Botany Site.
You have led reliability improvement and intelligently used CMMS. You have demonstrated the capability to manage capital projects from concept to commissioning.
Your success has been built upon superior communication, leadership and training/mentoring skills. You have worked in high-volume operations in companies that consider manufacturing to be a core competence.
