Overview
This role is with a well respected civil contracting business that operates in the Infrastructure, Mining & Industrial sectors. They deliver civil works covering roads, mining, bulk earthworks, NPI and associated infrastructure works.
Due to growth within their team, we are currently looking for an experienced Engineering Surveyor on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be reporting to the Surveyor Manager and working closely with the project staff to ensure the survey team meets its project responsibilities in relation to survey set-out and recording of position and levels of project works. Projects can be based throughout Western Australia and the successful candidate may be required to do possible FIFO and DIDO.
Skills, Attributes and Experience
Diploma in Surveying or higher
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, with a high regard for personal and team safety
Roads and Earthworks experience required
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is desirable, but a high level of proficiency in other programs will be acceptable.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Sense of urgency and ability to forecast and mitigate delays
