About the role
We are seeking Enrolled Nurses with a passion for caring for patients requiring post- operative ward- based care in a fast- paced, rewarding environment. 4B is a fast paced 6 bed CCU plus 32 bed respiratory/ cardiac ward. Join our team of dynamic and supportive nurses. We offer 12-hour shifts ensuring a fantastic work life balance with 6 week pay averaging for full time employees. We support continuing education for all staff through our education department and have clinical nurse educators on each ward. Your skills will include the following:
- Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse with the AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years’ acute care experience.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system
- Previous experience within a private hospital setting will be well regarded
- Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care
- Ability to manage shift work (including, day & night shifts) over 7 days.

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant enrolled nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives’ – Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2024, a salary ranging from $32.13 - $34.96 per hour.
