About the role
We are seeking a positive, kind and friendly registered and Enrolled Nurses a who are motivated to join our team. In this role you will work in a friendly and supportive team environment where you will provide clinical support to consumers and ensure consumers receive appropriate care and support to maintain quality of life.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team who a are passionate about consumer care and have ample opportunity to enhance your skills and professional development.
As a Enrolled Nurse you will:
- Complete holistic assessments
- Develop appropriate care plans
- Evaluate and make clinical decisions
- Guide care staff
- And, improve the quality of life of consumers
- Working along with Registered Nurse
About you
- Registered with current AHPRA Registration
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon and night
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
We are looking:
FULL-TIME or PART-TIME for Monday to Sunday Night Shifts
