Enrolled Nurse, Casual, Alcohol & Other Drugs - Grafton

The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and assists in the provision of safe, evidence based, person centred nursing care in line with the policies, procedures and standards of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and other statutory authorities.

Nursing care is provided utilising the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery for people with Substance Abuse Disorders and Issues.

If you have:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
• Experience working in a relevant clinical setting e.g. AOD, Acute Care and/or relevant alcohol and other drug education
• Knowledge and understanding of evidence based practice and the principles of person centred care, including Trauma Informed Care and Recovery principles in the care of people with alcohol and other drug use issues
