An exciting opportunity currently exists for enthusiastic Enrolled Nurses who have received their registration within the last twelve months, and have less than six months clinical experience, to join Austin Health in our Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program (ENGP).
We offer a well-supported Graduate Program including a structured orientation program, dedicated ENGP study days, ongoing educational opportunities, and supernumerary days for each of the two six-month clinical rotations.
Our dedicated Graduate Nurse Coordinator, Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Support Nurses are available to assist Enrolled Nurses in this transition year for the duration of the program. Graduates are also supported by Nurse Unit Managers and preceptors in all areas.

The Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program is a 54-week program, and upon successful completion of the program, ongoing employment will be offered at varying hours.
