ABOUT THE ROLE: Experienced Enrolled Nurse ME in Residential Aged care required. Need NDIS and applicants with qualification living in Australia only

Mercy Place Rosebud is traditional Residential Age care with 30 bed occupancy only located in beautiful  Peninsula bayside close to shops, white sand beach and public transport

  • Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
  • Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers by demonstrating our core values
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
  • Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families

ABOUT YOU: Medication competency required to assist Registered Nurse in charge Registration with AHPRA as a medication endorsed Enrolled Nurse

  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent clinical skill base, practiced within Aged Care
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in leading and supervising teams of people.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Candidates are required to meet the position and qualification requirements.
  • Provide a current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check (Mercy Health may conduct additional background checks subject to current legislation).
  • Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders and with Mercy Health’s policy (includes but is not limited to COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).
