Our Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) Cyber Security practice brings together the right technology, processes, and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities
- Evaluate the internal business strategies and existing IT processes and architecture
- Suggest improvements to IT functions processes and systems
- Consult with business units in order to determine their IT requirements
- Suggest strategies to cut IT costs
- Create and implement IT strategies to achieve business goals
- Provide technical support
- Train and mentor junior IT staff
- Write and revise existing training and technical manuals
- Additionally, Enterprise Architects should demonstrate their ability to keep up with the latest advancements and trends in IT and technology.
- Experience with the following - Cloud computing, SQL and database management, Data sourcing, Modelling, Data visualisation and Budgeting and cost cutting
- Strong Level 3 Wintel experience
- Expert AD ADFS skills
- Public Key infrastructure experience
- Hitachi Storage
- VMWare VCP
- Hands on experience with Exchange Skype for Business SCOM and PowerShell
- Exchange and O365 administration experience
- Thorough understanding of Cloud Computing virtualization technologies
- Infrastructure as a Service Platform as a Service and Software as a Service
- ITIL Foundations v3 Certification
- Strong scripting skills to support automation efforts (Powershell)
- TOGAF
- ArchiMate
