About the role

As an Enterprise Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing a select portfolio of strategic customer relationships. Key to your success will be your ability to establish and maintain a trusted partner relationship with all nominated customers and successfully deliver the contractual terms and obligations.

Other key areas of responsibility will include:
Manage a portfolio of Customers to grow solid relationships and develop strategic plans, and goal alignment;
Work in collaboration & consultation with internal teams to champion customers and provide Promote the brand and solution values;
Identify opportunities and coordinate with the broader Strategic Contract team to deliver services;
Assist in the renewal and extension of existing contracts;
Build and grow a pipeline of billable project services to customers;
Responsibility for the resolution of key escalated items within contract/account;
Provide Service Delivery functions where required.

About you

You will be a motivated self-starter with proven success in managing enterprise accounts. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have outstanding commercial vision and business acumen. You have exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing customer needs.

You have a passion for technology and may already be working in enterprise software/SaaS, CRM solution or FinTech. You will also bring:

3+ years of experience in an Account Manager, Contract Manager or similar roles;
Excellent Planning and Organisational skills;
Experience in successfully managing Enterprise accounts incorporating development and implementation projects and services;
Experience with change management techniques;
Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills with evidence of engaging successfully with senior (CIO, COO level) leaders and stakeholders;
An ability to articulate complex scenarios clearly;
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic insights for continual performance improvements.
