The Senior Executive Assistant provides organizational, professional, and confidential executive administrative support to the Chief Academic Officer (CAO), Government Relations, Grants and Education teams in an efficient and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination. Keeps the CAO on schedule, and prepared for daily meetings. Maintain extensive meeting and travel schedules. Arrange catering; meeting space, conferences, and hotel accommodations.
- Handle correspondence and communications. Support with the preparation of presentations to executives and government officials as well as internal audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain cross-functional partnerships with internal and external customers, ensuring engagement and support across all functions.
- Maintain filing system for quick and efficient reference, order supplies. Process expense reports, coordinate IT/Facilities support, and facilitates new employee onboarding.
The successful candidate for this position will have the following experiences and expertise:
- Experience in an executive administrative role requiring a high level of organization, autonomous decisions, customer service, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail
- Flexible and forward-thinking with changing work priorities, quickly prioritize and direct multiple requests
- Experience coordinating heavy travel schedules
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
