Entry Level Real Estate Receptionist

We have an opportunity for an Entry Level Receptionist to join our Real Estate Agency in Bundaberg. As the face of our company the ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, have a positive outlook and an attitude of ownership toward the role.

Our office is looking for someone who has great attention to detail, great communication skills and is self motivated. You will require the following attributes to be successful in this position:

 Willingness to learn and take direction
 High organisational skills
 Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic

As part of our sales support team, you will be joining our existing office manager and field supporter –so you’ll have a wealth of knowledge to lean into.

Some of the tasks within the role include:
 Handling of incoming telephone calls
 Processing of outgoing mail
 Accurate data entry 

 Collating and assigning of agency marketing 

 Assist Sales Team as requiredGeneral office tasks as required

This isideallya full-time position–Monday to Friday. Yet, for the right candidate a four-day week option may be available. An immediate start is available.
