We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. While a degree or specific qualifications are a plus, they are not required for this role. We believe in hiring based on potential and attitude, and we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Developing new business and client relationships through various methods
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities
- Staying up to date with market trends and changes in the industry
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
