We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Welfare Worker! No prior experience is required! We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this rewarding role.
What you'll do:
-Provide compassionate and confidential support to individuals and families experiencing social, economic, or personal challenges.
-Assess needs, develop individualized support plans, and connect clients with appropriate resources and services.
-Advocate for clients' rights and entitlements, ensuring they receive the support they need.
-Provide information, guidance, and emotional support to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their well-being.
-Liaise with other professionals, community organizations, and government agencies to coordinate services and support for clients.
-Maintain accurate records and document client interactions and progress.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of effective welfare programs and initiatives.
