About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Undertake routine activities consisting of customer service/reception (telephone and counter enquiries) arranging appointments, processing and maintaining school enrolments and departures;
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders (eg school & departmental staff, parents, students & community members).;
- Provide information and advice in line with school policies and/or Principal directives;
- Other duties consistent with duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by Principal/Deputy Principal/Business Manager.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills;
- Proven ability to work within a team;
- OneSchool knowledge is highly desired;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
- High levels of communication skills, displaying professionalism;
- The ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, members of the school community, students, families, teaching staff and the local community and our dedicated and caring school office team;
