To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior Talent Acquisition or HR role, with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent. You will have a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will also have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
