About the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the eRoster team with all administration functions in order for them to publish rosters and fill unplanned leave vacancies across Warrigal’s residential aged care homes.
This is a temporary full time position for up to 12 months.
To be successful you will need:
Demonstrated experience in office or business administration
Demonstrated writing skills and experience with writing documents proficiently
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement related to aged care services
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
Ability to apply the values of integrity, respect, compassion and innovation
