About Our Client

One of Australia's Top Tier Public safety organizations requires an ERP Platform Technology Services Manager role to assist in alleviating risks and refreshing the organization's ICT infrastructure through a series of small to medium initiatives.

Job Description

Essential:

1. Demonstrated evidence of capabilities in organisation Leadership Blueprint to deliver performance excellence and a values-based culture.

2. Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Proven experience in building strong working relationships with all levels of seniority.

3. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act -to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team and supplier partnerships.

4. Ability to skilfully approach multiple sources to solve problems - demonstrating advanced skill and keen insight in gathering, sorting and applying key information.

5. Creates competitive and breakthrough plans for innovation; generates an attitude of enthusiastic expectancy in others regarding change and challenge.

6. Demonstrated significant experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environments across technical, ICT architecture and/or service management roles using ITIL & Agile/DevOps Practices.

7. Demonstrated significant experience managing SAP teams for technical support and development services, architecture, integration, security and Service Management services.

8. Demonstrated experience negotiating, establishing and managing outsourced applications support contracts with large vendors within a medium to large ICT support organisation.

The Successful Applicant

Desirable:

1. Demonstrated significant experience developing integrated, business-requirement-aligned strategic architecture roadmaps across SAP and integrated solutions platforms.

2. Training and certifications in one or more of the following: SAP Access and Security, ABAP Development, Project and/or Program Management, ITIL, Contract Management.

3. Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Management or Engineering
