The role
As the ESG Director, you will lead the ESG Committee, reporting directly to the Head of Funds Management, ensuring robust governance across across the entire spectrum of ESG considerations.
You will be accountable for:
- Establishing global reporting standards alignment.
- Ensuring a strong ESG control environment for audits.
- Leading ESG initiatives and fostering cross-division collaboration.
- Strategizing on ESG risks/opportunities and driving innovation.
- Influencing ESG in asset acquisition decisions.
- Managing internal and external environmental reporting.
- Building a consultant network for ESG priorities.
- Shaping the ESG framework for operations and development.
- Embodying Elanor's core values.
- Achieving KPIs for corporate reporting, internal ESG integration, risk management, and fund business alignment within a designated budget
About You:
You're an experienced ESG Director skilled in crafting and executing comprehensive ESG strategies. Your expertise spans the entire ESG spectrum, from baselines, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, to peer benchmarking, policy development, and report writing.

- ESG reporting expertise with a deep understanding of real estate and fund management's key ESG topics.
- Proactive, business-partnering approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
