Role Overview:
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, evaluating project costs through drawings, and reading through scopes/details, and providing accurate estimations using our estimating tools and processes. Additionally, you will develop strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire process.
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their security needs and fencing requirements. (Relevant training provided.)
Conduct thorough assessments of suppliers and costs, whilst considering various factors to provide accurate cost estimations.
Collaborate closely with our team of experts to develop detailed and customized proposals.
Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Being able to work as a team and work with the rest of the company employees to relay your clients project requirements and delivery dates.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to Security Fencing.
Reading and interpreting site drawings and plans provided by the clients to interpret their security needs.
Working 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the construction or security industry. Preferred, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to assess project requirements and provide accurate estimations.
Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset, ensuring precise cost calculations and client satisfaction.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Salesforce for estimating, Premier and for project management. Preferred, but not essential.
A genuine skill set in Excel, outlook and basic computer operations is required.
