About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail obsessed, passionate Event Staff who enjoys bringing a clients vision to life. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with clients and venue teams, guaranteeing seamless and delightful experiences from event conception to execution. Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar hospitality role is essential.
- Be an enthusiastic individual with a high level of customer service, personality and an ability to work well with the team.
- End-to-end event coordination, inclusive but not limited to;
- Confirmation of final number & dietaries
- Handover of final event details to Event Operations Manager
- Effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest quality service and professional standards are delivered within the required timeframes.
- In-depth understanding of event offerings, collaborating with Head Chefs and Venue Managers on food and beverage propositions.
- Assisting clients with the appropriate food, beverage and operational solutions for their event and event requirements.
- Be capable to stretch across a variety of tasks, and have the right attitude towards overcoming obstacles, challenges and delivering a successful event.
