Why do we exist?
At TeamSports4All we believe in the power of team sport to transform the lives of Australian children.
Unfortunately, over 500,000 children live in households that have no way to pay for them to play club sport.
We make that possible for them.
Your role will positively impact their physical and mental health, improve their self-esteem and sense of worth, increase their participation at school, reduce the likelihood of them becoming involved in crime.
In short, you will be changing their lives.
We also have a positive impact on their parents & carers, who benefit from the connections to the other parents on the team. The feedback we get from them is inspiring and validates our evidence based program on a personal level.
Why we need you
We have ambitious goals. Today we support kids in Melbourne, and our plans include reaching all of Victoria, and then Australia. We are growing fast, and we need to continue to build our successful fundraising events, and create new ones. You’ll get a buzz out of this role if planning, organising, and running fundraising events is your passion, and if you’re excited about being part of a cause that helps develop stronger Australian communities, and is growing fast.
About you
You will thrive in this role with TeamSports4All because you love creating fundraising initiatives and events, adding value and building something new.
You have strong project management and leadership skills, and are experienced in marketing, social media, and selling event sponsorships.
The importance of connection with supporters, and how to engage with them ongoing is something you are passionate about.
You enjoy being part of a passionate team who revel in fundraising events, and prefer being part of a progressive, nimble, and results-orientated organisation.
Flexibility: Given the peaks and troughs of events, we offer optimal flexibility to ensure you get time to recharge, and there are options to work from home.
